Return Policy
Indikonic.com offers an easy 7 days return policy to our customers. You can return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed, and returned with original packings, tags and the boxes in place.
Items without proper packing will not be accepted
Subsequently customer needs to inform on the email contact@indikonic.com for return exchange approval request.
Once the return request is approved we will initiate the returns and exchange with the logistics cost born by the buyer.
Once the item is received and checked by us, we will refund the amount after deduction of logistics + outer packing amount within 7 business days.
NOTE: The shipping charges are not refundable.
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:
- The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
- The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
- They should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
- In case you receive a manufactured defect damaged indikonic.com should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be refundable.
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 24-48 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to indikonic.com Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
